Fret Cut Sign Trays

Illuminated fret-cut sign trays — folded aluminium composite pans with LED-illuminated cut-out lettering or logos, built for shopfront and exterior use. Specify width, height and return depth (85mm recommended to avoid hot-spotting). Same extensive colour range as our standard sign trays in matt or gloss. Cut-out areas finished as Recessed (opal acrylic fitted to the reverse), Flush (5mm opal acrylic almost flush with the face) or Raised (10mm opal acrylic protruding around 5mm). Available as a full LED-illuminated tray (Samsung LED chips, CE-approved IP67 power supply, backing board) or face-only for fitting to an existing lightbox. Production in 3–4 working days after artwork approval.
